Coaching for New Charter School Leaders

Helping beginning principals and directors lead with clarity, confidence, and courage

You’ve stepped into a big role. The work is meaningful, complex, and often overwhelming—especially in flex-based and charter schools. I walk alongside new and emerging administrators to help you build healthy systems, grow your team, and stay grounded in the mission that brought you here.

New Charter School Leader?

Coaching for Charter Leaders

Simple, real-world support for new charter principals and directors.

River Canyon Landscape

Bring your real challenges

We start with what’s actually on your plate—staff issues, parent concerns, board pressure, enrollment, compliance. You don’t need to clean it up first, just bring the real story.

Planning Board Notes

Define and design a simple plan

Together we sort the noise from the priorities, pick your top 2–3 focus areas for the next 30–90 days, and build simple rhythms—meetings, check-ins, calendars—that fit your needs.

Woman Leading Presentation

Lead with clarity and confidence

You start making decisions with more peace and less second-guessing. Hard conversations feel more manageable, your week feels less chaotic, and you build habits that keep you from burning out.
